The Heart of Life

It’s absolutely ridiculous to imagine that it’s almost over. I remember when my Dad came home one day with the first Harry Potter book for me. He knew that I’d love it – but no one could have even dreamed what this would turn into, what Harry Potter would come to mean for me and so many other people around the world. Each and every book would be devoured within a day or two, with a heightened anticipation for every book and movie release. And despite it being a book of fiction, Harry’s world is so real to me. And the lessons that J.K. Rowling has imparted - lessons of friendship, bravery, and most importantly, of love, will remain forever. This is the first midnight premiere that I will attend, and I wouldn’t miss it for the world. Because this right here, this is my childhood.
